Privacy, family, and the heart of hockey
Perhaps the journalistic approach of today would be to be intrusive, callous and careless — to dig and find out why Leon Draisaitl left his team, the Edmonton Oilers, to travel to Germany to be with family during an illness.
Further, with all the technology and information avenues out there, we could try to connect the dots.
