QOSHE - Opinion: Finally, a street for people to walk, bike or drive in northeast Edmonton As a resident of Balwin, in northeast Edmonton, I am very excited about the construction of the 132 Avenue complete street. A complete street is a place where everyone belongs, no matter their age, financial status or ability. People who can’t afford vehicles, are too young to drive or unable to drive for health reasons can still safely walk in their own lane or bike in another. Drivers can still drive, too. There are benches for resting and visiting and trees for shade.
