James Franklin and Joe Griffin have taken on a unit at Loddon Business Park, where they have together launched their first gym, 1RM Strength Sports.

They were inspired after struggling to find a place to train locally which included all the specialist strongman equipment they needed for their own training.

As a result, the competitive athletes decided to create a space themselves.
