Major £130,000 repair works for town landmark to start
Bungay's Butter Cross, built in 1689, is a cherished feature at the heart of the market town and will undergo essential restoration work over the coming months.
The project is expected to last around three months and has been carefully scheduled to ensure Bungay's long-established Thursday market can continue without disruption.
