Plans submitted to East Suffolk Council propose creating five new studio flats within an existing ten-bedroom HMO on Park Road in Lowestoft.

The alterations come alongside plans for a ground-floor extension, a staff bedroom, and ten additional cycle spaces.

The scheme, put forward by Mavam Estates, aims to provide "step-down" accommodation for people moving on from 24/7 supported shared housing into more independent living.
