After a High Court judge turned down a group's efforts to secure a judicial review into plans for the Heart services site at Gillingham, near Beccles, villagers have confirmed that the current appeal lodged will be their final attempt to gain permission for a full hearing.

The Friends of Gillingham Countryside Community Interest Company had already raised thousands of pounds to cover the costs of a previous judicial review application and an oral hearing, and it continues its campaign to........
