Former hardware stores on the market after chain;s sudden collapse

Coopers was forced to shut up shop in October 2025 after rising costs made trading on the high street increasingly difficult.

Stores in Beccles, Bungay, Halesworth, Harleston, Leiston, and Framlingham have now been listed for sale or rent.

The most expensive shops are in Halesworth and Beccles, both coming in with guide prices of more than half a million pounds.

The Halesworth site has an asking price of £695,000 and is located in the town centre. It........
