One standout result was for a spacious five-bedroom detached house set in a generous third of an acre garden. Located in a sought-after residential area, 162 Spixworth Road in Norwich attracted strong interest and bidding, ultimately selling for £423,500, well above the guide price of £325,000 to £350,000.
