The Harleston and Waveney Art Trail will open to the public for two weekends in May, offering a rare glimpse inside studios.

The trail features 23 artists working in mediums including painting, sculpture, ceramics and textiles, with studios open from May 16 to 17 and May 23 to 25.

Denise Ann, one of the trail’s organisers, said: "We are delighted that the 22nd year of the Harleston and Waveney Art Trial will involve more than 20 creative artists in the beautiful Waveney Valley.

"Visitors can view brilliant and inspiring artwork, chat to artists first-hand about their work and - if they see something they like - they can buy it and take it home."

Studios are located within a 10-mile radius of Harleston in locations including Brockdish, Starston, Pulham Market and Bungay.

Brochures with full details will be available from mid-April at Durrants branches and other local outlets.

All studios will be open from 10am to 5pm during the event, except for one only open on the last weekend.
