Tech firm employee admits fraud after spending thousands on work credit card
Jasmine Thompson, 30, was meant to be supervising spending at Thetford-based Vanilla Electronics but instead fraudulently ran up bills with unauthorised purchases.
Norwich Magistrates’ Court was told her fraud was exposed when the company managing director noticed strange spending patterns on invoices and credit card statements.
Thompson, who had been employed for five years as a supervising buyer, was confronted and confessed.
