Leevi Boxer, 25, admitted dangerously driving a clapped out Mazda 3 Sport on Chapelfield Road and Vauxhall Street in Norwich.

Police who stopped the vehicle after it ran a red light on July 22 were shocked to discover the brakes down to the metal and no brake fluid.
