Jasmine Emery was looking for a new place to live in the Lowestoft area when she came across a property in Grosvenor Road.

Miss Emery was using the property app SpareRoom which is the biggest flatmate finding service in the country.

"He seemed nice at the start," she said. "However, after a couple of days, he began to start calling and texting me all of the time which became weird."

The man refused to sign a tenancy........
