Mark Sell and Richard Girling discovered a medieval bishop's ring in King Row in Shipdham, near Dereham, back in 2019.

The pair then went on to find a medieval gold posy ring in March 2024 in Merton, near Watton.

The medieval bishop's ring, which dates back to the late 12th to early 13th century, was discovered by Mr Sell during a cold day in November 2019.
