The public consultation is looking at the draft Planning Position Statement for the Kirkley Waterfront and Sustainable Urban Neighbourhood.

The 60-hectare site in Lowestoft is earmarked for significant development.

Once finalised, this document will provide guidance on key issues affecting Kirkley Waterfront, helping to shape future planning applications.

The statement will also acknowledge changes since the last guidance was produced in 2013.
