A.T Bent Properties had submitted an application to the Broads Authority in October last year to redevelop Wherry Cottage in Puddingmoor, Beccles into three homes.

But the business had withdrawn its bid a month later following numerous objections.

However the company has now submitted another application to redevelop the site into three homes.

In the documents it said that they had received pre-application advice to discuss "alterations needed to obtain planning approval".
