Planned repair works for dilapidated bridge on Norfolk Broads now 'unviable'
The bridge at Loddon Staithe, across the River Chet, has been closed for more than a decade due to safety concerns and has fallen into a state of disrepair since.
In January work began to repair the bridge in a £150,000 revamp by South Norfolk Council.
But now the council has revealed that the renovation has been delayed and will now include a full replacement of the bridge instead.
