In a nearly £700,000 project, 43 huts were installed on a stretch of the popular promenade on the Esplanade, parallel to North Drive and just south of the restored Venetian Waterways.

The work was finally completed in November, more than two years after the work was approved.

And now Great Yarmouth Borough Council has announced a limited number of the huts with "unparalleled sea views" are open and available to rent for a year.
