Flurry of objections sent in over four homes in long-running planning saga
Paul Cruickshank, of Simons Landscaping Ltd, had submitted an outline application to South Norfolk Council in January for four homes in the land west of Garden Court, Loddon.
But neighbours nearby describe the bid as "destroying a valuable and designated local green space".
The proposed site is open land within a residential area and was earmarked as a public amenity space in association with the planning consent for housing on Garden Court in 1983.
