Dog training sessions given go-ahead despite neighbours' noise concerns

Jennie Collins sought permission from East Suffolk Council in November last year to change the use of land in The Street, Barnby for dog training sessions in addition to its current use for horse grazing.

In the planning documents, Ms Collins said the proposal is for individual dog training sessions in obedience, agility and searching, with a maximum of 12 dogs and their owners over the course of a week.

The sessions would run between 10am to 7pm Wednesday to Sunday in the summer, with shorter hours throughout the winter "due to restricted lighting".
