Badger Building has submitted an application for 48 houses on land off Southwold Road in Brampton to East Suffolk Council.

It is proposed that the seven-acre arable land will see a range of market housing, affordable home ownership and intermediate rent by offering a mix of one- to four-bedroom properties.

If approved, it is set to be completed in two phases with the first 26 homes to be completed to the west of the site.
