Megalith Properties submitted a premises licence application for the Three Guys Barber Shop and Games Room at 49 Blyburgate earlier this year.

In the application it said it is a three-chair "traditional barbers", with an adjoining games room that comprises a shuffle board, pool table, darts board and computer games console.

The business applied to supply alcohol between 11.30am to 10.30pm Monday to Saturday and 11.30am to 9.30pm on Sunday at the property.

And next week East Suffolk Council licensing committee will decide whether it is given the go-ahead.
