James Hartcup submitted plans to East Suffolk Council to convert the Broad Street Guild building in Bungay into a two-bedroom home with an orangery at the end of last year.

The property has been used as a photographic studio for the last ten years, with the ground floor being used as a work space for making commercial videos and the first floor for sleeping.
