Megalith Properties applied for a premises licence application for the Three Guys Barber Shop and Games Room at 49 Blyburgate in Beccles earlier this year.

The applicant proposed to supply alcohol at the three-chair "traditional barbers" with an adjoining games room that comprises a shuffle board, pool table, darts board and computer games console.

A number of neighbours raised concerns about "potential anti-social behaviour and noise nuisance" in the residential area as well as the lack of parking.

And now the plan can go ahead after a licencing sub-committee........
