Teenager in Norwich cannabis supply case as older brother absconds after arrest
Miklovano Sela was just 16 when he was seen by covert officers - watching people "thought to be involved in drugs supply in the Norwich area" - dropping off a Sainsbury's Bag for Life at an address in Stanmore Road.
Norwich Crown Court heard as Sela, now 18, dropped the bag off at the Thorpe St Andrew address.
At the same time, his older brother Amper - then 23 but now 27 - was walking a dog nearby while on his mobile phone.
