Bao Hui Zhang appeared at Norwich Crown Court after being charged with arranging or facilitating the travel of another person with a view to exploitation.

It is said that in Norwich, on June 8, 2026, Zhang arranged or facilitated the travel of a woman with a view to her being exploited.

Zhang, of no fixed abode and who spoke through a Chinese Mandarin interpreter, has also been charged with an offence of controlling prostitution for gain.
