US Central Command said the crash in western Iraq on March 12 followed an unspecified incident involving two aircraft in "friendly airspace."

The other plane landed safely however all six crew members of the KC-135 refuelling aircraft died.

The victims have been named as 33-year-old John Klinner of Alabama, 31-year-old Ariana Savino of Washington, 34-year-old Ashley Pruitt of Kentucky, 38-year-olld Seth Koval of Indiana, 30-year-old Curtis Angst of Ohio and 28-year-old Tyler Simmons of........
