West Norfolk Council (WNC) has set out where development can take place in the borough over the next 15 years as part of its new Local Plan.
This key document helps to restrict the locations where new housing is allowed to be built while also providing a proposal for how it will meet government-set targets.

The council has been told to build 10,500 more homes by 2040 after Labour doubled the number it wants to see built to combat the housing shortage across the nation.
