Great Yarmouth Borough Council has approved a proposal to convert a house at 23 Wellesley Road into two self-contained maisonette flats, along with a two-storey rear extension.

The plans, submitted by Archie Hunt, have been recommended for approval.

It comes after a proposal to convert the dwelling and create three new self-contained one-bedroom flats was refused in January.
