Shirley Futter, a retired packing operative, died at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in King's Lynn on May 8.

An inquest was opened into her death at Norfolk Coroner's Court last week, where assistant coroner Maeve Sykes confirmed she was born on April 30, 1937 in Gayton, Norfolk.
