The plans have been put forward by Places for People for the properties west of Bell Pitt Way in Shipdham.

Each home would be spread across two floors and feature a kitchen, dining room, living room, and either two or three bedrooms.

The site in the village near Dereham was previously occupied by the Waggon and Horses pub and Central Garage, which have both been demolished.

It now holds a temporary marketing suite, landscaping and a small parking bay, forming the front of a 102-home........
