Planning bid for new self-build home in village dismissed on appeal
The proposals were put forward by Kim Burgess for a detached property on land at Craymere Manor in Briston between Holt and Fakenham.
The home would have included four bedrooms, a kitchen, dining room, lounge, en-suite, office, and garage among other features.
North Norfolk District Council refused the plans in September 2025 - citing the impacts on the rural character of the village as well as neighbouring properties.
