The development, put forward by Peter Howell, would be located east of Pump Street in North Elmham near Dereham if approved by planners.

Previous plans for the site were refused due to concerns the properties would "erode the intrinsic character and beauty of the rural area".

Now concerns have been raised by locals that the new proposals are "identical" to the other application.
