Swastikas among 'deeply offensive graffiti' daubed on play equipment in town park

The offensive words and images were discovered by a local while visiting the £1m Ness Park in Lowestoft on Sunday.

The discovery of the graffiti in the play area popular with families and young people left the Lowestoft resident upset.

But after contacting Lowestoft MP Jess Asato on Sunday evening, the politician reported it to Lowestoft Town Council - which manages the site - and the graffiti was quickly removed.

Ms Asato was praised by the Lowestoft resident for being "super proactive" in her efforts, and for being "open to tackling the deeper issues........
