Families moved into temporary housing after council flats infested by rats
Rodents have damaged parts of the nine council flats on Hollingsworth Road in Lowestoft.
East Suffolk Council said issues were discovered following a pest control inspection that found rats had damaged the fabric of the building and the walls between homes.

This prompted concerns around a potential increase in the risk of fire spreading between the flats.
People in eight of the nine three-bed flats on Hollingsworth Road - with one of the properties vacant - are being moved out for around three months as the council said........
