Samuel Chuter, of Craske Drive, Rackheath, near Norwich, died at his home on February 21. 

Earlier this year, an inquest was opened at Norfolk Coroner’s Court and heard the 23-year-old's provisional cause of death was due to hanging.

During a further hearing, area coroner Johanna Thompson outlined the scope of the investigation and confirmed Mr Chuter’s rapidly deteriorating mental health would be examined.
