Norwich brothers launch £1.99 ‘HPI check for your home’ to reveal what agents don’t
Zaradan Rumbelow, 43, and his younger brother Junior, 33, have created Area Autopsy, a digital service designed to bring together publicly available information into a single report.
It is intended to help buyers and renters make more informed decisions before committing to one of the biggest purchases of their lives.

The brothers say the idea came from their own frustrations when buying homes.
“We realised you end up knowing absolutely everything about the property itself, but almost nothing about the area you’re actually moving into,” said Mr Rumbelow.
“Estate agents naturally focus on selling the property, so they don’t necessarily volunteer the everyday realities of the wider neighbourhood, whether that’s local crime rates, poor mobile phone signal or patchy broadband.”
