Dreams, which sells occasion wear at its 10-14 Plumstead Road store, is launching a new pre-loved room with a focus on affordability and sustainability.

The team plans to sell what would usually be pricey special occasion clothing at a much cheaper rate.

Vickie Ward said: "We want everybody to look and feel a million pounds regardless of budget.
