Under proposals submitted by ALB Group the former Wilko and Poundland store in St Stephens Street will be converted into 70 one-bedroom flats.  

The developer has submitted details of the scheme to Norwich City Council.

However, concerns have been raised about the impact the development may have on the already busy city centre roads.
