Plans for the project which would be built off Dovehouse Lane, Aldborough, have been lodged with North Norfolk District Council.

The proposal for the new home is orientated around sustainability principles.

The planning documents describe whole-life carbon principles, which ensure the full environmental impact of the building is considered from its construction to demolition.
