Officers were called to St Saviours Alley, off Magdalen Street, just after 6.30pm on Thursday, after reports that a man had been stabbed.

When cops arrived, the victim was no longer there.

However, police say they have now identified the victim, but haven't revealed their identity or their condition.

Bloody debris could be seen behind the cordon........
