Man battles 'inflexible and unwilling' council officials over housing bid
Sam Walker had applied to build three new barn-styled homes in a field off Kerdiston Road, Kerdiston but saw his bid quashed by Broadland District Council.
He has now taken his grievances to the Planning Inspectorate after the council refused his plans.
An appeal document prepared by Daniel White Planning Services on behalf of Mr Walker explains: "We would like to make it clear that we felt throughout the planning application process, we found Broadland District Council to be inflexible and unwilling to engage in a collaborative or solution-focused manner."
