Hundred year old woman says secret to life is positivity
Daisy Miller, Hellesdon, who recently celebrated her 100th birthday says the secret to life is positivity.
She says it is the reason she is still able to live a fulfilling and independent life at her age.
Mrs Miller lived in Southburgh through the Second World War and worked on RAF Shipdham as a clerk.
She said: "I worked there during the war. It was a frightening time. It was probably the most difficult time in my life. I was only 17.
"Seeing loss of life brought home what war was like. Maybe that is why I am positive. You have to be resilient."

While working at the RAF site Mrs Miller met her husband, Aubrey, who was stationed at a nearby army base.
She met him while he was guarding ammunition dumps and introduced himself when she passed on her way to go shopping.
Mr Miller was stationed in Gibraltar for the rest of the war, but the pair stayed in contact.
They married in July 1949 at St Peter Mancroft Church.

After the war, Mrs Miller was a typist at Norwich Union (now Aviva) and she was eventually put in charge of the typing department.
Mr Miller worked for the Post Office.
He passed away aged 78 and Mrs Miller has lived on her own for 30 years.
Mrs Miller added: "I was 70 when he died.
"I try to live independently. I have to have someone come and do the hoovering but I do all my own cooking.
"I feel old sometimes but I just think at least I am here and life is lovely.
"I always think I am lucky. I have always been quite positive and you have to be - life is not worth living otherwise.
"That is probably the reason I have lived so long.
"I still live in my bungalow. I moved in here when I was about 27."
