The team behind Redwell Brewery in Bracondale, are hoping to vary its license with Norwich City Council, which would allow it to open on Thursdays from 12pm to 9pm and Sundays from 5pm to 9pm. 

Currently the taproom site is closed Monday to Thursday and open 12pm to 9pm from Friday to Saturday and Sundays 12pm to 5pm.

Sam Brown who runs the brewery said: "The tap room has grown and it has become a real community spot.

"We have invested in another unit with pool table and want to bring more people together."

Since being taken over the brewery has continued to thrive - launching new beers and serving pizza that remains popular with customers. 

Mr Brown also hopes the move will allow them to open on Norwich City match days.
