Teen from Norfolk charged with 16 offences after right-wing terrorism investigation
The teenager from Wymondham, who was arrested at an address in south Norfolk on April 10 last year, has been charged with 16 offences following an investigation by Counter Terrorism Policing London.
The alleged offences are said to have taken place in Norfolk between April 2023 and April 2025, the Metropolitan Police said.
The boy is charged with five counts of making, having or controlling an explosive substance and two counts of dissemination of terrorist publications.
He is also accused of possessing information likely to be useful to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism.
The suspect is charged with two counts of publishing or distributing written material which is threatening, abusive or insulting, after allegedly distributing flyers inciting racial hatred.
He is also charged with making indecent images of children, two counts of blackmail and one count of racially aggravated criminal damage.
The boy is also accused of possessing a homemade firearm without a valid firearms certificate and one count of damaging property, over alleged graffiti.
He is due to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Friday.
