Potential three-month deadline to re-open Norfolk's mothballed NHS facility
Benjamin Court in Cromer was previously used as a reablement centre and has been the focus of a campaign calling for its reopening since its closure.
An amendment to the Government's Health Bill has been tabled by Steffan Aquarone, MP for North Norfolk.
Known as New Clause 124, it would require the secretary of state of health to make provision for the site to be used again by an NHS service within three months of the legislation becoming law.
