Paul Sandford, owner of the Railway Tavern in Dereham, has spoken out amid rumours he may be taking over the King's Head on Norwich Street.

He admitted that while he once had an interest in the Grade II listed property when he took over the tavern in 2010, he will not be purchasing the site.
