Norfolk authority to hike council taxes and adjust second homes premium
West Norfolk Council (WNC) has proposed a 2.99pc increase in council tax as part of its new budget, alongside changes to how income from a controversial second home premium will be managed.
Councillors say the measures are needed to plug a funding gap of more than £2m over the next three years following cuts to government funding.
