Breckland Council confirmed that it is “pursuing criminal prosecutions” against Yalcin Demiralay, who owns various properties in Dereham.

While the council has declined to confirm details, the case is believed to involve safety concerns and unauthorised building work on Grade II-listed properties at 14-16 Market Place.
