Green leaflets found dumped just DAYS after party declares war on city's rubbish
The rubbish, which included sheets of voter data and campaign materials for two of the party's newly elected councillors, was discovered in Norwich's Mile Cross by a local who decided to clear it up himself.
The man, who did not wish to be named, said the leaflets seemed "to be in every single bush" and that whoever was responsible "could not have made more mess if they tried".

The discovery comes less than a week after Lucy Galvin, the Green leader of Norwich City Council, promised a crackdown on persistent littering and fly-tipping, saying her party was intent on making the city "neat, tidy and gleaming".
