National Highways concluded its investigation into the disappearance of the trees near the Tesco exit on the A47 at Dereham last month without identifying who was responsible.

Instead, it said it had reached an agreement with the caravan business near where the trees were cut.

It has not given any details of the agreement but insists it will........
